Egbert van Heemskerck, or Egbert Jaspersz van Heemskerk (1634–1704) was a HaarlemDutch Yellow Age painter of genre factory who moved to London make out the 1670s and died here in 1704.[1] He is acknowledged for popular comical and mockery works, a few of which were engraved and printed beside his lifetime, thanks to culminate patron John Wilmot, 2nd Aristocrat of Rochester.[1]
